Berlin had such a cool vibe. I loved the grunginess of the city, it’s affordability and I was very impressed at how open they are about their shocking history.

Maya (one of my really good friends.. we became friends at Saturday Japanese school in Seattle, WA) came for a visit in Copenhagen and I decided to tag along with her to Berlin.. She’s studying art in Venice, Italy this semester!
